After a presentation of my current practice, some of the audience participated in a creative workshop. The theme was 'Creative Contemplation' and discussions around what we may need to feel creative, and if we feel this should also feel safe.
There were mixed responses, and voices in the group shared how they need discomfort in order to feel creative.
